5 Step Recruitment Process with 3 Levels of Personal Interviews
1). Understanding Client’s Hiring Requirements
This phase includes understanding client’s requirements and the utility of such requirements to strengthen our search. On the basis, of the requirements we further work to plan a strategy that would follow to serve the needs. Our work plan strategy is based on the possible challenges, the mechanism to counter such challenges, the ongoing trends in the market, competency levels available, parameters required for the position etc.
2). Short listing Applicants
In this phase we put efforts to search for the right competency levels on the parameters of skill, stability and performance. BY ranking the candidatures on these parameters we select and share the quality candidatures with our clients.
3). Written Test to validate technical knowledge
Here we perform written test, assignment based test etc to judge the technical knowledge of the candidate. This is done only for profiles wherein either it is some mandatory criteria from client side or wherever we have experts to judge the quality of this technical Test. This further helps in filtering the quality candidates out of the shortlisted one’s.
4). Three Level Interviews:
We have a process of 3 level interviews for all senior level positions and 2 level interviews for all middle and junior profiles.
1st Level is taken by TAG executive/ Sr Executive/ Recruitment specialist, they shortlist the profile based on the criteria shared by client and after getting a fair understanding of the company and the profile required.
2nd Level is taken by Recruitment/ TAG/ HR Manager, our managers assess the behavioral aspects of each profile and then shortlisted candidates are forwarded further for Management/ Client Interview.
3rd Level is taken by Aristotle management which is only applicable for Senior level profiles who will be holding leadership role at our client’s location.
5). Profile of shortlisted applicants along with cumulative scores will be shared with the client
After the initial screening and 3 level of interviews we refer the candidate for the client interview where the client can directly assess the capability and potential of the candidate.
