Position: Executive/Sr. executive – Labour Compliance

Location: Sector 2, Noida

Experience: 3-4years

Salary: Upto 3.5LPA

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience in Labour Laws such as S&E Act, CLRA Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, PT, Bonus Act, etc.
  • Statutory Compliance Activities on PAN India for various locations like EPF, ESIC, etc.
  • Responsible for all Labour law compliances applicable on the company and its clients including apply for registrations, prepare and file periodic returns, compute and deposit payments/contributions, prepare and maintain various registers.
  • Preparing audit documents which includes wage register, muster roll, bonus register, LWF and other compliance reports as per the state acts and publishing the compliance report.
  • Analyze applicability of various provisions of Labour law statutes and advise clients on matters relating to Labour laws in India.
  • Provide advice on Labour law related queries to the company and clients.
  • Keep track of amendments in Labour laws across India and analyze applicability/impact on the company and clients.
  • Responsible for updating changes in Acts, rules, procedures under compliances.
  • Efficiently manage and execute assignments across India.
  • Liaison with third party consultants, Labour Laws Department, wherever required, to undertake compliances applicable in various States in India.
